Who doesn’t love to receive a pretty package tie up with a bow. In this tutorial I’m going to show you how easy it is to make this gift bag and matching card.
Bag Measurements
- 6″ x 12″ designer paper
- 3-1/2″ square in coordination cardstock
Bag Instuctions
- Score 3-1/2″ square 1/2″ on all 4 sides
- snip the top and bottom at the two score lines to create tabs

Then glue the tabs to create a shallow box

- Put adhesive along one 12″ edge and and 6″ edge of the designer paper
- Wrap the paper around the shallow box creating a bag
- Seal the 6″ end where it lands after wrapping the box
- Holding the top of the bag closed punch a 3/4″ circle for the ribbon
Decorate the front of the bag
- Cut a 1″ x 12″ strip of green gingham paper
- Adhere around the bag
- Cut out a scalloped rectangle
- Stamp sentient near the bottom of the short side
- Cut out pansies from the designer paper
- Adhere pansies with dimensionals at the top of the rectangle
- Attach rectangle with dimensionals to the bag over the strip of gingham paper.

Card Instructions
- Cut Gingham Paper 1-3/4″ x 5-1/2″
- Cut Pansy Paper 2-3/4″ x 5-1/2″
- Cut a scalloped edge along the pansy paper
- Adhere the Gingham and Pansy paper to a white card base
- Tie the Succulent ribbon around the card
- Cut our a scalloped rectangle
- Stamp sentient near the bottom of the short side
- Cut out pansies from the designer paper
- Adhere pansies at the top of the rectangle
- Attach rectangle to the card over the ribbon right of center.
