Using a Color Challenge can be a very effective tool to use when you are having a creativity block. It can be so frustrating when you have a desk full of beautiful new stamping supplies but no ideas of how to put them together. So you start scrolling through Pinterest for ideas and before you know it 3 hours have gone by and you haven’t made a thing. Well, I am here to help. Stampin’ Up! has come out with some gorgeous new colors this year and I thought it would be fun to have a weekly color challenge. For this week’s color challenge I am using 2 of our new colors, Granny Apple Green and Granite Grey. I am combining them with one of last year’s In Colors, Berry Burst.
I am also using a new item for the Big Shot called the Embossing Pad. The rubber pad allows you to use a cutting die as an embossing tool. It is taking my card making to a whole other level!
