For today’s Fun Fold Friday I am going to show you how to make this Double Box Fun Fold
Measurements
- Card base #1 is 4-1/4″ x 10-1/2″ Scored @ 1/2″, 1-3/4″, 3-3/4″ and 5″
- Card base #2 is3′ 5″ and scored @ 1/2″ and 1-3/4″
- White 2-3/4″ x 3″ and 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the back to write a greeting and scrap for tag
- DSP 4″ square and 4″ x 1-3/4″
- Gold scrap for bow
Instructions
- Adhere 4″ square DSP to the top of Base #1
- Fold Base #1 up so as to create a box and glue 1/2″ tab down (it helps to fold the card flat so the tab lands in the correct place)
- Add the strip of DSP to the bottom box portion of Base #1
- Decorate white piece and adhere to the bottom of Base #2
- Glue the 1/2″ tab and back bottom part of Base #2 to Base #1 (It helps to fold the card flat so the glue is in the right place)
- Add any embellishments to finish the front
- Don’t forget the the back white piece and envelope
