Faux Side Step Fun Fold

Have you tried you hand at the Step Fun Fold card? It can be a bit tricky. So when I found this Faux Step card I had to try it. Just as cool but half the time.

Measurements

• Sunny Days Sale-a-Bration *DSP (Cloudy Skies 5-1/4″ x 3″ and 5-1/4″ x 3/4″) (Sunny Skies 2-1/4″ x 4″) Fussy Cut 2 clouds
• Thick Basic White (8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and 2-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and scraps for sun and sentiment)

Instructions

1. Score the main card base at 1″, 2″, and 5-1/4″ then Accordion Fold making 2 mountain peaks.
2. Glue the Cloud *DSP to the background section and front section of the card.
3. If you wish to stamp anything on the back, do this now.
4. Score the second part of the card base at 4-1/4″
5. Adhere the Sunny *DSP to this second piece
6. Glue the bottom of the second piece to the front peak of the card.
7. Fold the card close and secure the second piece to the back of the card. Be careful not to get too much adhesive, there is only about an 1/8″ to work with.
8. Stamp and die cut the sun, die cut 2 clouds and stamp and trim the sentiment on white.
9. Arrange and adhere the images on the Faux Step section of the card
10. Add twine and sequins
