Using a Color Challenge can be a very effective tool to use when you are having a creativity block. It can be so frustrating when you have a desk full of beautiful new stamping supplies but no ideas of how to put them together. So you start scrolling through Pinterest for ideas and before you know it 3 hours have gone by and you haven’t made a thing. Well, I am here to help. Stampin’ Up! has come out with some gorgeous new colors this year and I thought it would be fun to start a weekly color challenge. This week I am taking colors from the In Color pallets. I chose Grapefruit Grove from the new 2018-2020 In Colors and Powder Pink from the 2017-2019 In Colors. Then I decided on basic black to tie them together.
I am also using a card sketch which is another creativity tool I love to use.

I hope you like the idea of a color challenge each week. I have given it the hashtag #CWK6118 which stands for Creating with Kristina June 1 2018. Each week the hashtag date will change. By using the hashtag we can all see the different card ideas using this challenge when you post to your instagram or facebook. I can wait to see what you all create!
