The masking technique in stamping is very useful when you want to stamp an image on top of another image but you don’t want the background image to show through. It is a very simple technique and I’ve made a video to show how I do it.
Today’s card also goes along with Stampin’ Up!’s new card campaign #simplestamping. If you are new to stamping, then simple stamping is for you. This card is what I call a simple card. There are no tools needed except a paper trimmer and a pair of scissors. Check out my post on Handmade Backgrounds to see another example of a simple stamping card.
The details for the card in the video are listed below along with all the supplies that you can buy in my shop.
One more thing, this card is made with a new stamp set Beauty Abounds. It is from our new Spring Occasions Catalog that will be released January 3, 2019.
