If you love fall then you will love this new stamp set by Stampin’ Up! It’s called Painted Harvest and it prints the most beautiful watercolor sunflowers. But the really cool thing is the layered parts.

How I Made This Card
Because the petals are layered stamps you can create any color sunflower that you dream of. To get the coloring for my Blue Sunflower I first stamped the larger petals in Pool Party on Very Vanilla Cardstock and then the detailing petals in Tranquil Tide. The center is in Crumb Cake. I can’t take credit for coming up with this color combination though. I found it on Pinterest by Laura Lynn Hernandez. HERE is the card she made.
These are note cards size 3 1/2″ X 5″ I ordered pre-cut and scored cards from Stampin’ Up! and covered the front with a piece of Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper . Then mounted on Cajun Craze Cardstock that was cut with the layering squares scalloped edge. I cut my Blue Sunflower with the stitched shapes square.
The sentiment is stamped with Soft Suede on Very Vanilla 1″ X 3 1/2″ inch
