Instructions

  • The Video Tutorial Link is listed at the end.
  • Cut all the paper according to the measurements listed above
  • Score the base at 2-1/8″, 4-1/4″, and 6-3/8″
  • Adhere *DSP panels to the 4 sections on the inside and 2 sections on the outside
  • Score the 5-1/8″ Pop Out Mechanism piece at 1/2″ on both ends and glue the 1/2″ tabs to the inside of the card
  • Score the 3″ Pop Out Mechanism piece at 1/2″, 1″, 2″, and 2-1/2″. Fold each end back and then forward and glue the 2 ends to the first mechanism strip in the center making sure the card can close flat.
  • Cut out a large stitched rectangle from the *DSP and layer to the next smaller stitched rectangle from white
  • Stamp the sentiment at the top of the white rectangle and glue to the Pop Out Mechanism
  • Fussy cut a bird image and adhere to the rectangle with Dimensionals
  • Wrap the 10″ strip around the closed card and secure with glue and adhere the 4″ *DSP strip to the center
  • Cut the smallest irregular hexagon from white and stamp the sentiment in Misty Moonlight
  • Punch out 2 leaves from Old Olive and 2 rosebuds from Flirty Flamingo and glue to the back of the white
  • Cut the next larger irregular hexagon from *DSP and layer to the white with Dimensionals and glue to the center of the Belly Band
