Do you wish you could find an easy dinner recipe so you could have more time to craft? Me too. To be honest, cooking isn’t one of my favorite things to do. Well, if you’re like me and would rather spend more time in your craft room than the kitchen then this recipe is for you.

Many people think they don’t have enough time to make home-cooked meals for their family. However, I’ve come to realize that if I find easy dinner recipes I can.

In our fast-paced, calendar packed, not enough time life, it’s nice to find an easy dinner recipe that is healthy too. On top of that, Lemon Basil Chicken doesn’t take a lot of time either. I like that because I’d much rather be in my making cards instead of the making dinner. It would be great to have more time for crafting and still have time to make home-cooked healthy meals for my family.

Fresh and Healthy

My husband is a picky eater and so I was a little worried that he wouldn’t like it.  But he not only liked it he finished the leftovers! And one more reason I like this recipe is that it calls for fresh basil. My garden has 6 basil plants and its time to start harvesting some.

I feel that using an easy dinner recipe is one way to find more time to craft. It also gives me more quality time with my family.

To get the recipe head over to the blog Well Plated where Erin shares this healthy, quick and easy dinner recipe. She suggests to serve it with rice to make it a complete weeknight meal.
