I’m so happy to be back for Monday Night Scrapping, and this week I’m sharing a special 2-page scrapbook layout featuring memories from Stampin’ Up! OnStage in Long Beach, California.
This layout captures some of my favorite moments from the beginning of the event — checking in, seeing all the beautiful displays, posing for fun photos with my team, enjoying the opening session, and soaking in all the excitement of being together. It was such a fun experience, and I wanted to get these memories off my phone and into an album while they were still fresh on my heart.
What I love most about this layout is that it holds lots of photos without feeling complicated. It is a great design for event memories, conference photos, retreat weekends, girls’ trips, or any collection of pictures that tell the story of a special day.
I also used the beautiful Delicate Dreams Designer Series Paper, which adds soft floral pattern, a touch of copper shimmer, and such a lovely elegant feel to the page. The combination of the floral paper, darker borders, and simple layered embellishments gave these OnStage memories a polished look without overwhelming the photos.
In the video, I walk through putting this layout together live during Monday Night Scrapping and share a little behind-the-scenes fun from OnStage as well.
A Few Measurements
This layout is built on two 12″ x 12″ sheets of cardstock.
Designer paper pieces used:
- Two pieces cut to 5″ x 12″
- Two pieces cut to 4″ x 12″
- Border strips cut to 3/4″ x 12″
The layout also includes a mix of photo sizes, including one larger focal photo and several smaller photos to tell the story across both pages.
Layout Details
For my title, I used “Moments to Remember”, which felt perfect for these conference memories. I paired that with a round printed element that says “Little moments make big memories” — and that really says it all.
I added a few floral and leafy clusters around the page to frame the photos and bring in some softness and movement. Those little finishing touches help tie everything together and make the spread feel complete.

This is just the beginning of my OnStage scrapbook pages. I took so many photos during the trip that I know there will be more layouts to come, but this one was the perfect place to start — the welcome, the excitement, and those first fun memories of arriving.
Whether you are scrapbooking a conference, a special event, or just a day you do not want to forget, I hope this layout inspires you to print your pictures and get them onto a page.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and be sure to watch the video above for a closer look at this scrapbook spread.
