This elegant birthday card was very easy to make. Details are listed below.
CARD DETAILS
Peacocks are traditionally blue and green but I decided to change things up a bit. I stayed with just two colors, Pool Party and Calypso Coral.
First I stamped the body of the peacock and fussy cut it out. Using the layering circles thinlit dies I cut out two scalloped circles in my two colors and layered them behind the peacock tail. Before assembling the card I stamped the flourishing tail at angles on both sides of a Pool Party ribbon. I used Stampin’ Dimentionals to give my peacock focal piece some depth. For a finishing touch I added clear enamal dots and a bow. The sentiment is from the Beautiful You stamp set.
