Happy Fun Fold Friday! In today’s video I’m going to show you how I make a half front card fold. This sometimes called the half door or half panel card too.
Create elegant handmade cards and make someone’s day using the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set. Build an elegant floral bouquet stamped on Designer Series Paper or use your favorite coloring tool to add the color you want. Measurements
- Card base 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ fold at 4-1/4″
- Designer Series Paper (DSP) 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and 1/2″ X 3-1/2″
- Basic White 4″ x 2-1/2″ and scraps for the roses and leaves
Instructions
- Cut off the top 2-1/2″ of the card front
- Adhere the DSP to the inside of the card
- Add the white cardstock so it is hidden behind the front flap of the card
- Assemble ribbon and cluster of roses and leaves on the gray doily
- Secure the doily to the front flap being sure not to adhere it to the inside of the card
- Stamp “Happy Birthday” on a 1/2″ strip of DSP and attach under the roses
- Add bling
- Don’t forget to stamp the inside and envelope
