Welcome to this week’s Hexagon Card Challenge! This time, we’re focusing on a fun and versatile shape—hexagons! Whether you cut them out, emboss them, stencil them, or find them in your designer paper, the challenge is simple: just make sure your card includes hexagons in some way.
How to Participate
- Get creative with hexagons! Here are a few ideas to incorporate them into your card design:
- Die-cut hexagons using punches or dies
- Embossing folders with a hexagon pattern
- Stencils to create a hexagon background
- Designer Series Paper featuring hexagons
- Honeycomb designs—perfect for bee-themed cards!
My Hexagon Card
For my card, I used the Meant to Bee bundle, which features hexagon dies. I created three hexagon cut-outs using black and white patterned papers and placed them on a Crushed Curry cardstock base. To add contrast, I framed a white layer with black cardstock and finished the design with a sentiment from the Beautiful Butterflies set. I also added some sparkly black embellishments for a finishing touch!

Join the Hexagon Card Challenge!
Now it’s your turn! Create a card featuring hexagons and share it in the challenge post on my Facebook Page – Creating with Kristina. I can’t wait to see all your creative designs!
Happy crafting! 🖤💛✨
