For today’s Fun Fold Friday I am going to show you how create this Twisted Easel Book Binding card.
Measurements
- Read the directions all the way through before starting
- Card base 41/4″ x 11″ scored at 4-1/4″ and 5-1/2″8″ and scrap for scalloped circle
- White or Vanilla scrap for image and sentiment
- Black for Bough Punch sprigs
- DSP (designer series paper)
- cut two 4″ squares one for the inside and one for the out side
- 3-3/4″ square
- 4-1/8″ x 1-1/8″
- Scrap for circle die
Instructions
- Cut and score all measurements above
- Fold the card base in half and then back on the 4-1/4″ mark
- Glue the Book Bind together
- Cut the 2 front DSP squares in half on the diagonal and adhere to the card
- Cut out a large scalloped circle from colored card stock and smaller circle from DSP and layer
- Attach the circle layer to the BOTTOM triangle section of the front of the card
- Stamp color and cut out your focal image
- Attach twine to the back of the image and secure to the circle layer
- Add black sprigs under the image
- Tape or glue the inside 4″ square
- Stamp and cut out a sentiment
- Open the twisted easel and place the sentiment with dimensionals to hold the triangle section in place
- Embellish with pearls
