Let’s go fly a kite and send it soaring

Measurements and Written instruction below
Measurements
- Old Olive Cardstock base: 4 1/4″ x 11″, score at 5 1/2″
- Kite Fold Old Olive base: 4″ x 10″, score at 5″Measure in 2″ on each long end and make a pencil mark
- Measure up/down 3″ on each long end and make a pencil mark
- Cut and score as shown in template above. Watch the video for great tips!
- Designer Paper: Kite upper panels: 1 7/8″ x 1 7/8″ cut on the diagonal (cut two if you are using a separate Designer paper like I do in the video)
- Designer Paper: Kite lower panels: 1 7/8″ x 2 5/8″ cut on the diagonal
- White cardstock insert for card base: 4″ x 5 1/4″ and 3-3/4″ x 4-3/4″ for inside kite.
Instructions
- Fold card base in half and attach 4″ x 5-1/4″ DSP on the front
- Cut, score and fold kite base
- Cut designer paper and adhere to the kite base
- Cut inside kite piece and attach
- Glue the kite to the front of the card leaving room for the tail
- Tie ribbon knots to the kite tail and secure with glue dots
- Stamp the card inside piece and add to the card.
