Pop Out Gatefold Card with Measurements

This Fun Fold tutorial has a simple to follow template and a video to follow along with. The Pop Out Gatefold is a real show stopper. Your friends will be so impressed with your cardmaking skills.

Measurements

Lost Lagoon 8″ x 5-1/2″
Bubble Bath 1-7/8″ x 5-3/8″ cut 2
Pecan Pie 2-1/2″ x 3″ and 2-1/2″ x 3/8″
White 1/2″ x 2-3/8″
DSP (Designer Series Paper) Flight and Airy cut 2 @ (1-3/4″ x 5-1/4″ birds) and cut 4 @ (1-7/8″ x 1-1/8″ Lost Lagoon) and 1 @ (2-3/8″ x 2-7/8″ floral)

Instructions

Instructions for template below
With the long side at the top of the Stampin’ Trimmer, SCORE the base at 2″, 4″, and 6″
Turn the base with the short side at the top of the Stampin’ Trimmer and CUT 1-1/4″ between the the 2″ and 6″ score lines – Repeat with the other side at 4-1/4″
Now Turn it again with the long side at the top and SCORE at 3″ and 5″ between the cut lines.
Lay the card base down on a flat surface with the long side at the top and glue or tape Bubble Bath cardstock and Bird DSP on the right and left panels
Next glue the Lost Lagoon DSP in the 4 sections top and bottom and the Pecan Pie DSP on the 2 sections next to the middle 2 sections
Glue or tape the floral DSP to the Pecan Pie cardstock
Stamp the sentiment on the white strip and trim with flag tails
Glue or tape the sentiment to the Pecan Pie strip and trim with flag tails
Stick the sentiment on the floral DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals
Adhere the ribbon on the back of the floral piece behind the sentiment
glue it to the center pop out section of the card
Add Rhinestones
If your card base is dark cut some white to add to the back for writing a message.
