During the season of thanks, I am challenging myself and you to make and send cards to our family and friends and tell them how thankful we are to have them in our lives.
In this video I am showing you how I created this card by inking up my embossing folder with shimmering copper ink.

Card Measurements
- Cajun Craze card base 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and 2-3/4″ square-
- Whisper White 3-3/4″ x 5″
- Merry Merlot 2″ square
- Sahara Sand 3″ square
- Gather Together Designer paper – Cajun Craze Leaves 2″ x 4″
- Copper Foil paper 2″ square
Card Details
- Ink up wood plank embossing folder and emboss 3-3/4″ x 5″ white cardstock
- Stamp maple leaf in black on Cajun cardstock
- Cut both stamped maple leaf and blank Merlot cardstock
- Stamp “Season of Thanks” in bottom right corner of Sand cardstock
- Glue wood embossed cardstock on cardbase
- Glue merlot leaf designer paper in center of wood plank layer 1/4″ from left edge
- Glue Sand cardstock in center of merlot leaf paper 1/4″ from left edge
- Sponge copper ink on smaller embossed leaf
- Glue leaves together
- Tie a bow with linen thread and attach to leaves with glue dot
- Stick leaves on with Stampin’ Dimensionals
- Don’t forget inside and envelope
